Housing Solutions Made for Windsor Future Residential Development Announcement and Roseland Golf Clubhouse Update

The City of Windsor continues to advance Housing Solutions Made for Windsor with the announcement of a $33.5 million investment in a future residential development and an update on plans for the Roseland Golf Clubhouse. Delivered through a joint venture between Valente Development Corporation and Bear Construction and Engineering Inc., the project includes 48 new condominium units as part of “The Residences at Roseland,” along with a new clubhouse facility planned for Roseland Golf Course.
