Get involved with the UFMP: Public Information Centre (PIC) on April 17, 2023

All Windsor residents are invited to attend the Windsor Urban Forest Management Plan (UFMP) project Public Information Centre (PIC) at The WFCU Centre on the evening of Monday, April 17, 2023, to share their thoughts and ask questions about our urban forest. Your input will help shape a long-term tree management plan that reflects our community’s unique values, challenges, and opportunities for maintaining, protecting, and growing trees.

The PIC will open at 6:00 p.m. for poster viewing, with an informational presentation beginning at 6:30 p.m. After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session with City staff and the project consulting team, and ample opportunities for discussion to share your input.

If you cannot join the PIC in-person, you will be able to join the meeting via Zoom. Please check back on the Let’s Talk Windsor! project page for the meeting link in early April.

You can also share your thoughts about Windsor’s urban forest at any time via email to forestry@citywindsor.ca.
