Business Owners/Tenants — Project Greenlight Application Form

This form is to be used to apply to participate in The Corporation of the City of Windsor’s (City) Project Greenlight Program (Project). The Project provides successful applicants access to approved surveillance camera systems installed by the City’s authorized vendor, Security ONE Alarm Systems Ltd. (Security ONE) including identifiable safety enhancements like green-lit security lighting. Successful applicants are responsible for all ongoing monthly service fees, camera operations, technology upgrade requirements and maintenance obligations which will be set out in a contract with Security ONE. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. All applicants must review, agree to, and comply with the responsibilities outlined in this form and the contract with Security ONE.
