Prequalification/Expression of Interest (EOI) 455 Kennedy Drive Lot: No.118-25 is Now Closed

The deadline to submit a Prequalification/Expression of Interest to redevelop the Roseland Golf Club Parking Lot closed on November 26, 2025, (up to and including 11:30:59 A.M. E.D.T). A review of the submitted expression of interest packages will occur by City Administration over the coming weeks.
